Insurance accepted
Medicare, Cigna, Vista, BeechStreet, First Health, Corvel, Focus, Private Health System, and most POS and PPO Plans (United, Aetna, Blue Cross, Humana, Neighborhood, etc). Automobile Injuries, Worker's Compensation, and Personal Injuries are welcome. We offer "No Interest Monthly Payment Plans", and all Major Credit Cards and cash are accepted.
Age Requirement
Patients under 18 years of age have to be accompanied by parent to see the Doctors and to get services at the Spa. No children permitted in the Spa waiting area.
Check in
Please check in 15 minutes prior to appointment. For Spa clients, please present your gift certificate, coupons or special offers at the time of check in and before services begin. Should you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to allow your therapist to be on time for his / her next appointment.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or "no shows" with less than
24 hours notice have a charge of $ 25.00
- Same Day Spa appointments are not cancelable and are
charged at 50% value.
- We require credit card payment in advance when scheduling
a Spa Package.
Form of Payment
We accept all major credit cards and cash. We offer No Financing Monthly Payment Plans.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates make wonderful presents for friends and loved ones. We can help you customize a memorable experience for someone special. Lost certificates are neither replaceable nor refundable.
Gratuities
Gratuities for the Spa Staff are appreciated and of course are discretionary.
